Do I have to pay per user?
Not for your field techs — they're free, on every plan, with no cap. Add your whole crew and the bill doesn't move. Seats cover only the people doing office work: dispatchers, estimators, schedulers, admins. Core includes 2, Professional 3, and Scale 5, and your owner account is free on top of that — a full administrator, so you can run the office, work a job in the field, or both in the same day. Most crews never need more than the included seats, because the people you hire most are the ones you don't pay for. If you do, additional admin seats are $29/month, or $15 for founding customers.
