The Loop
Operations, simplified.
Your whole day is one loop: schedule the work, run the jobs, get paid. OpsCurrent keeps that loop tight — no extra tabs, no modules you'll never open, nothing between your crew and the next stop. Here's what it looks like, in the actual product.
Step 1
Schedule & route the day
Drop jobs on the calendar and watch each crew member's day fill. Capacity is right there as you assign, so nobody heads home at 2 PM while someone else runs until dark.
- Day, week, and month — as a list, calendar, split view, or map
- Live capacity per crew member as you assign
- An unscheduled tray, so work without a date never gets lost

Dispatch from the map
Every job is a pin. Drag a pin onto a crew's date to assign and reschedule in one motion — and color the pins by status, crew, or service to read the whole week at a glance.
- Visual routing means tighter days and less gas wasted
- Crew utilization beside the map while you balance the load
Step 2
Run the job from the truck
Techs open OpsCurrent on their phone — it's a PWA, so there's no app store and nothing to install. Today's route is already computed: stops in order, drive time, miles. One tap routes to the next stop.
- Today's route with stops, minutes, and miles
- Job details, notes, and photo capture in the field
- Photos queue offline and upload when signal returns

Proof of work
Every job proves itself
Set photo areas on a job — before and after, required or optional — and completion can be gated until the shots exist. Badges, notes, and the full timeline stay tied to the job record, so "did we do the gate?" has an answer with a photo attached.
- Required photo areas can hard-gate completion
- Badge checklists per job — on Professional and up
- Timeline, photos, notes, and invoices on one record, forever
Step 3
Invoice & get paid
Completed jobs stack up in a ready-to-invoice queue with the dollars already counted. One click turns a job — or a whole client's worth of them — into an invoice with a Pay Now link, and the payment lands in your connected Stripe account.
- A ready-to-invoice rollup shows the money waiting to be billed
- One invoice per job, or batch a client's jobs together
- Email it with a "Pay Now" link and collect the card online

Then tomorrow does it again.
That's the loop. No modules to configure, no 50-step onboarding — schedule, run, invoice, repeat.
